Return Policy

This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions and your adult-like patience! 

If your goods show up ‘not so pretty good,’ fucked up, damaged, or not as described, hit us up ASAP and we’ll make it right.  as stated above, everything is custom made to order, so there are no returns due to bad size guesses, mind changes, changes of heart, total eclipses of the heart, or heart breakage.  clothing sometimes shrinks a little, especially if you don’t do your own laundry.  ASk your friend what size they are before you order them something.  or go a little big, cause we’re all gonna get fat eventually and you’ll want that shit to fit future you.

Exchanges

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with photos of the item and the damage to hey@heyferret.com and send your item to the rag pile or send it back to us.  we’ll wear it.

Refunds

Once we’ve received the photos and the email. we will reply to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as quickly as we can.  We have jobs that aren’t making clever items of self-expression, cause America.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. please.

Then bother your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next bother your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  they like to keep your money for as long as they can.
